M11 Moscow-St. Petersburg Highway Project Agreement has been signed

Moscow-St. Petersburg highway 7th and 8th sections agreement that will connect the two biggest cities of Russia has been signed between Two Capitals Highway LLC. and IC İçtaş and Astaldi Partnership on 20 July 2015. 
Within the project that will be built as EPC, it is expected to complete approximately 140 km of 2x3 and 2x4 lane highways, 18 bridges, 46 viaducts and 1 tunnel in 36 months.
